Great hat even if you don't go swimming, very versatile

"I bought this hat because I am very sensitive to the sun and find when I go in a pool, or on a beach vacation, I don't want my hat ruined by chlorine or salt and I need to wear a hat at all times when in the sun. I have already purchased the Ultra Wide Brim hat and Resort wide brim hat, both which are linen and I don't want them ruined by chlorine or salt water, so I bought this hat in black to wear when I go in the water, and I love that it can be a rain hat as well. I haven't worn in outside yet but it also looks cute. The material feels very soft but the brim stays put due to the internal wire. I love that is has all the same features as my linen hats. I know I will get years of use out of this hat and not have to worry about getting splashed wearing this hat in the water!"

Perfect for Paddle Boarding, Travel and Summertime Adventures

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this hat because I love paddle boarding, and I also wanted something reliable for an upcoming mission trip to Haida Gwaii where I know I’ll be spending a lot of time outdoors. I've used this hat daily

"I've used this hat daily in a chlorine pool in the blazing sun and felt completely protected with the UPF 50+. Rinse it off after swimming and peg it on the line and its like new again. Folds up small. One of the best I've ever tried, and I've bought a lot of hats!"

Bought this for my daughter

"Bought this for my daughter (8) as her school hat. It was cheaper than some of the non-swim ones and has turned out to be PERFECT! She can adjust the back for when doing sports- so her hat doesn't fly off. Detaching the chin strap is easy enough for her. Ponytail hole is a huge bonus, as well as the brim having a wire in it, so it doesn't flop onto her face. Being swim material it can be easily washed. Cannot fault this hat."
