"Bought this hat on the recommendation of a friend who had one. The hat is perfect for any outdoor activity. It sits well on the head and covers neck, face and ears very well. The breathable sun protectant fabric is perfect for outdoors. I especially like it because it is washable and you can fold it up and carry it with you. Also the cord is able to be adjusted giving the perfect fit, helps keep the hat on I would certainly recommend this hat to my friends."

I bought it in red and used it at a festival on the hottest days this year. It’s a quality sun-protection item so is quite thick material. In 34 degree Celsius festival I put a splash of water inside to wet the top which was pretty effective for extra cooling (and while it probably isn’t a manufacturer-endorsed approach, I had no scalp burn on my parting despite 10 hours in beating sunshine so it still seemed to offer great sun protection). It was so good I’ve just bought 2 more in beige and white, while they’re currently discounted."
